Hill Sprints #43 | Bench (prescribed reps only). Week 3 Cycle 7

Today is the last day that I'll be hitting only the prescribed reps for bench. Next cycle I'll be going back to attempting rep records.

Assistance work:

  • 5 sets of 10 reps of 1-arm dumbbell rows @ 100lbs
  • 5 sets of 10 reps of barbell bench @135lbs
I'll be back Saturday with a real squat workout.
